The main menu provides buttons on the left side of the screen.
These buttons are mirrored at the top of the screen, and will appear at the top of some pages in the program. |

This new and very useful feature of FTIP TM provides an extensive view of the renewals required for maintaining your IP files and of activities required to be carried out for such reasons.
This screen displays two tables simultaneously, Renewals list and Actions list. |

Family Details |
|
| The PETROS TM database mangement system uses the family (referred to also as the file family or IP file family) as the set of IP files conveying a common uniqueness of some kind . Within each family, a hierarchy may be maintained such that each IP file has a familial status that defines its place in the hierarchy. |

| This window is made specifically about one file and its associated information; it features more options through an interface of tabbed screens. |

IP File Documents |
|
Select a template from the pull-down menu (new templates can be created from Template List).
Click the Microsoft Word icon, which opens a new Word document in its own window. The relevant data is transferred from Petros and automatically entered in the new document. |

Reports |
|
Petros reports are aranged in Five seperated lists, grouped by five tabs.
Choose any of the reports in the area on the left, then fill in the relevant Criteria on the right.
Clicking the “Print” button on the left display the report in the print/preview screen. |

A list of all IPFiles, with many options of search and filtering.
In Petros, an IPfile is associated with a specific country or regional alliance of countries. |
